It is definitely a driver issue as I have updated my drivers and I do not experience audio stutter with some videos that I used to experience stutter with before. I believe it has a combination to do with lack of driver support and lack of processing power of the U810. Also, I've tried the link to the RealTek website and it worked for me at two different locations on two different computers.
